My name is Evgeniy Stasenko.
I am an artist from Moscow. I graduated from Moscow Pedagogical Institute, Fine Art & Graphic Department and have practiced both fine arts and teaching ever since, simultaneously more than 30 years.
I consider my move to Barcelona to be the best decision in my life. I’m in love with this charming beautiful city. And I am happy to share my love with everybody who will join me in sketching workshops on the streets and in the parks, pleasing the eye at any time of the year. You can book sketching tour on page Booking.
As teacher I have always aimed at creating an integral system, a consistent range of methods that would allow me to effectively teach drawing and painting to any person regardless of skills. These methods come as the result of experience; they are tested in practice and proven to give fast results. As well, I have a vast experience in creating specific short-term courses, not to mention fine art workshops, etc.
I worked as a teacher of painting at Moscow Pedagogical Institute, Fine & Graphic Art Department, as a teacher of clastic anatomy at School-Studio of Moscow Art Theatre, Stage Costume Department, worked as a drawing teacher at British Higher School of Art and Design in Moscow.
In 1994 got an award of the All-Russia Exhibition Center for teaching children. In 2006 my biography was published in the encyclopedia ‘Who is Who in Russia’.
I regularly take part in various exhibitions. My paintings are in private collections in Russia, Spain, USA, Greece, Switzerland, Switzerland, Italy and France.
